CREF hybrid registration options include in-person and virtual attendance to accommodate the individual needs and preferences of our participants.

In-Person and Virtual Conference Registration

However, sometimes attending a conference in person isn't an option, which is why CREF will be offering a virtual alternative to the live 42nd Annual Cardiothoracic Surgery Symposium celebration. The CREF hybrid meeting will be live-streamed, offering you a chance to earn Category 1 CEUs and CME credit at home.
