Filip de Somer PhD ECCP
Filip de SomerFilip De Somer PhD ECCP serves as chief perfusionist at the Ghent University Hospital in Ghent, Belgium. He is a member of the Institute of Biomedical Technology of Ghent University and has authored / co-authored numerous publications. He is involved in ongoing research in perfusion, tissue engineering, blood management, and blood coagulation. Dr. de Somer serves on the editorial board of several journals (JECTPerfusionASAIO) and is section editor for IJAO. He is scheduled for three talks at CREF:

Jamie Dickey Ungerleider MSW PhD and Ross M. Ungerleider MD MBA
Jamie and Ross UngerleiderJamie Dickey Ungerleider MSW PhD has spent 40+ years as an educator, psychotherapist, organizational consultant, and executive coach. In 2001, she began working primarily with healthcare professionals.

Ross M. Ungerleider MD MBA is a pediatric cardiac surgeon. He received his training at Duke University Medical Center, where he remained on the faculty for 15 years. He later assumed leadership roles at Oregon Health & Science University, Case Western Reserve University, Wake Forest Baptist Health, and Driscoll Children’s Hospital, helping to build children’s heart programs and teach leadership and teamwork at each organization. He is the author of 300+ peer-reviewed scientific papers and book chapters as well as an editor of two major textbooks on cardiac surgery.
